Emily Miller will be the first woman to ever drive the entire 550 mile Las Vegas to Reno off road race on August 22nd. The H2 she is driving for Team Hummer is basically a stock H2 with some of the glass and interior removed and added safety features of a roll cage and heavy duty skid plates. The engine and drive train are stock off the shelf H2 Hummer all the way. At 40 years of age and a petite 100 pounds, Emily prides herself on her excellent physical conditioning. Good Luck Emily!
Rod Hall will start the race behind the wheel of the Baja 500 winning Hummer H3 SUV. GM continues to help Team Hummer despite of all the Hummer tumult and rumors. Matt Laramie at GM helped with the installation of a factory fresh 2.7 Vortec engine on Hall's H3. Chad Hall's race prepared H1 is considered by most the truck to beat in this year's event.
