General Motors announced to Congress that it will discontinue the Hummer brand and stop all production by March 31st. Hummers are rare sights now, and they're even going to be rarer in the future. In actuality, production on the H2 stopped a month ago and production of the H3 has slowed down to a trickle. There is still a remote hope for a new buyer, but that hope is dwindling fast.
